The thing about titles…
Team leader, superintendent, assistant manager, director, team coach, supervisor, coordinator, department manager are all titles that may have similar responsibilities. It just depends on your organization. Consider that at a school district the superintendent tends to be the most senior leader, reporting directly to the school board while the same title at a construction site means something completely different.
